Get Set For Summer was a BBC One Saturday morning magazine show which ran for six weeks in July and August in 1981 and for nine weeks from April to mid-June 1982, before being renamed Get Set and continuing until September. It was re-branded as The Get Set Picture Show in 1983, and successively The Saturday Picture Show from 1984-1986.

The first series was hosted by Peter Powell with Mark Curry "also appearing". Other regulars included Sue Pollard and Play School presenter Lucie Skeaping.

Co-hosted by Peter Powell and Mark Curry and branded as "the Summertime Saturday Show".
Starting on 17 April 1982, the programme had a more structured format, with regular cartoon shows and short features such as Day-Tripper (celebrity excursions around the UK), TV Powww! "the all-action telephone video game", Ten/Fifteen (live music), VideoVote "a verdict on the latest in-vision releases", plus Newsround news and sports summaries.
On 12 June the show was re-named Get Set and had just Curry as presenter. Basic format and some features remained the same.
